1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bgd33 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). bgd33 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on bgd33, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Relevant Definitions

• "Platform" — bgd33's website, mobile app, and all services connected to them.
• "Member" — any person registered on bgd33 who operates an active account.
• "Wallet" — the balance of funds held in each member's bgd33 account.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit granted by bgd33 to which wagering requirements apply.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to complete a specified amount of bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — the difference obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on bgd33, a person must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit applies to online gaming and betting activities in Bangladesh. bgd33 may at any time request the necessary documents from a member to verify their age.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email — must be accurate and up to date.
• Creating an account in a third party's name or playing on their behalf is prohibited.
• Attempts to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a prohibited activity.
• bgd33 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any change occurs to a member's personal information, such as a mobile number or email change, it is the member's responsibility to notify the bgd33 support team as soon as possible. bgd33 will not be liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3 Account Verification and Security

bgd33 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to confirm the identity and age of its members. Any member may be asked to verify their identity before their first withdrawal or a large deposit.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad number).
• The owner of the payment method used and the bgd33 member must be the same person.

3.2 Password and Account Security

Keeping login details confidential is the member's own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bgd33 support immediately. bgd33 will not be liable for any account issues resulting from a member's negligence.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

bgd33 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). All transactions are carried out in Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• bgd33 reserves the right to cancel deposits made from a third party's account, and the funds may not be returned.
• Deposits are generally added to the wallet instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the payment method from which the original deposit was made, unless the support team approves otherwise.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed verification may be held.
• bgd33 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bgd33 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times.

5.1 Wagering Requirement Example

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a 200% bonus of ৳2,000 is added, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed.

Another example: if someone deposits ৳15,200, a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 is added, making the total balance ৳30,200. To meet the wagering requirement, ৳15,000 × 15 = ৳2,25,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from bonus funds may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• bgd33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any member's bonus if it sees fit, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless bgd33 explicitly approves it.
• The time limit for using a bonus is set by bgd33 and will be communicated to the member at registration or on the promotions page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on bgd33 — slots, live casino, fishing, baccarat, roulette, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of third-party game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). bgd33's decision on technical errors or results in these games is final.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet once placed cannot be withdrawn.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, bgd33 will cancel the bet for that round and refund the amount, or resolve the matter through support.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet is generally refunded, though bgd33's policy applies in specific circumstances.
• In a multi-bet or accumulator, if any one selection is cancelled, the cancelled selection will be treated as having decimal odds of 1.00.

6.2 Odds and Results

bgd33 reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply to that bet. In the event of a dispute over results, the information from the official match-governing body will be considered authoritative.

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair environment on the bgd33 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Bonus abuse — in particular, attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements using automated tools or scripts.
• Money laundering or sending funds from illegal sources to bgd33.
• Hacking, manipulating, or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Harassing other members or bgd33 staff, or providing fraudulent information.
• Registering an account using a false identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bgd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide the necessary documents for KYC verification.
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.

A member may also close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to bgd33 support. If there are verified funds remaining before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw them; however, if any rule violation is proven, bonus funds will not be returned.

9 Privacy and Personal Information

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Changes to Terms

Continuing to use the platform after an update will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended to check this page periodically whenever you visit bgd33.
